Training up the next generation of Bristol Bay fishermen
For those of you who have an interest in what is happening with the fight in Bristol Bay over the proposed Pebble Mine, this repost may be of special interest to you. We are in the midst of a 60 day comment period that will end on September 19th. If you care about wild salmon, this is an opportunity for you to express your support for protecting the Bristol Bay salmon habitat from large-scale mining.
Because of my connection to Bristol Bay I was asked to share my perspective on the issue and my responses to some key questions were published online in the Blog section of the Save Bristol Bay website.
