Three Sisters by Lily Elaine Hawk Wakawaka
One of my sisters is marking the anniversary of her birth today. She is tiny and tough with a will to conquer any obstacle and determination to reach any goal she has set her sights on. If she were closer I would make her a nice dinner with wine pairings. As it is, the lives of our family members are spread around the western side of the Continent.

Paula, if we were together I would seek out some fresh troll caught winter King Salmon and make a Caesar Salad in the way that I learned from the Marx Bros. class that you treated me to so long ago. I would pair it with a Saint Aubin En Remilly Domaine du Château de Puligny-Montrachet Rouge. Like you, the wine has beautiful qualities with a quiet strength that becomes more apparent the longer you dwell with it. Happy Birthday! I love you.
